Executive Programme — Development of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems
ADALIA's flagship programme. A long, cohort-based curriculum that trains senior practitioners to design, fund and steer an evidence-based entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Objective
To master entrepreneurial-ecosystem development end to end — from diagnostic reading to designing interventions, funding and evaluating them — on the OSE five-layer framework.
The path, module by module
- 01Module 1 — Reading the ecosystem
The five-layer framework in depth; diagnosis and mapping on OSE Expert.
- 02Module 2 — Designing the intervention
Theory of change, identifying levers, sequencing a support scheme.
- 03Module 3 — Funding
Funding models, allocation, donor and DFI instruments.
- 04Module 4 — Measuring & evaluating
Indicators, impact tracking, evidence-based evaluation.
- 05Module 5 — Steering & governing
Governance, stakeholders, change management at the scale of a territory.
- 06Capstone project
Each participant produces a roadmap applied to their own ecosystem.
